Who let the dads out? Toddler service and other events for our prayers (11th July)

Thursday 11th July
Cameo for international women and pre-school children. Pray for both growing friendships and for growing faith in Jesus. Pray for Adele Cheatle and the team who run Cameo.
Midway. Pray for this twice monthly meeting for older ladies, for a time of inspirational prayer, friendship and fellowship.
Girlguiding groups meet at St John’s on Monday and Thursday. Pray for all the leaders and helpers of the Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Ranger groups of these groups. Pray that girls who attend would have a great time making and developing friendships and learning new skills.
Authentic Revolution Pray for the Authentic youth as they meet together for the last time before the summer holidays.

Friday 12th July
Friday Night Youth Club Give thanks for Jon Tattersall and the team of dedicated volunteers as they run this weekly club for young people. Pray for all the young people who attend, for safety, fun and an increased awareness of God’s love and presence.

Saturday 13th July
Who Let The Dad’s Out?
Pray for all the young children and Dads/Carers to relax and have a fun time while making friends and enjoying fellowship. Pray for good conversations and a warm welcome to all newcomers.

Sunday 14th July
Pray for God to be present in power and might at all our services. Pray for Kerry Dixon (of Signpost International) and Antony as they preach.

Monday 15th-Wednesday 17th July
St John’s Toddler Group. Pray for Beccy and the Toddler’s Ministry team. Pray for all the adults and children who come along this week, Monday-Wednesday. Pray especially for the toddler service that is being held at the final meeting of this term on Wednesday 17th July in celebration of a great year and to say goodbye to the toddlers who are leaving this term.

Monday 15th July

Midweek Holy Communion Pray for this monthly service, that all who attend would meet God and experience a time of great fellowship.
Authentic BBQ Pray for this end of year social. For good weather, safety and lots of fun.

Friday 19th July
Friday Night Youth Club Give thanks for Jon Tattersall and the team of dedicated volunteers as they run this weekly club for young people. Pray for all the young people who attend, for safety, fun and an increased awareness of God’s love and presence.

Saturday 20th July
Healing on the Streets
Pray for the team and all those who encounter Jesus in a new way on the High Street today. For His love and power to be felt by all who pass by.
School of Mission and Discipleship Pray for Ruth and her team as they lead the different tracks being covered today. Pray that all those who attend would go deeper in their walk with Christ.

Sunday 21st July
Pray for God to be present in power and might at all our services. Pray for Antony as he preaches in the morning and for Jon Tattersall and Authentic as they lead and preach at 6.30pm.

Pray for persecuted Christians around the world this week …
